DROP SHIP POLICIES

 The following are the policies for any Drop Shipments made by Our Company

-      Consignee must inspect shipment for obvious freight damage.

-      If freight damage is found the consignee must describe the damage on the delivery receipt and refuse delivery.

-      If a refused shipment arrives back to us and no damage is found:

          All actual freight costs will be paid by purchaser for:

                  1. Freight cost of shipping back to Cambridge Plumbing               

                  2. Freight cost of new shipment to consignee if applicable

-      The purchaser will be responsible for all actual freight/shipping costs associated with any order canceled after the item has shipped.

-      Once consignee has accepted delivery of a shipment and has NOT noted any freight damage:

           1.  Consignee has 24 hours to report any concealed freight 

                damage or shortages.  Any claims made after that time will

                not be honored.

           2.  It is the responsibility if the consignee to inspect and account

                for all pieces in shipment.
