SINK HARDWARE

SINGLE STEM FAUCETS

A single stem faucet is for bathroom vanities that come with a single hole pre-cut on the counter-top. The single stem faucet has Hot and Cold water supply lines in it that connect to the water-supply lines coming up out of the bathroom wall or bathroom floor. The single stem faucet allows for one-handed operation.  A little lift of the handle to re-position the adjustable lever on the left for hot and to the right for cold water. The bar placement level on the very top of the faucet is the OFF placement.

One way to mix it up and bit and to create a softer look in the bathroom is to purchase a waterfall faucet.  Waterfall faucets may have a round or square glass disc on top of the single stem that creates a gentle flow of water that cascades into the sink bowl. The glass might be clear tempered glass,  green glass or a smoky color of glass.

Many of our vanity faucets are readily available in Polished Chrome, Brushed Nickel & Oil Rubbed Bronze and some are Polished Nickel or Polished Brass. Be sure to read carefully about each faucet style to see if it will for work for your specific vanity. It might be necessary for you to buy an adapter to attach your home water lines with the vanity water lines. While we do not offer or advise any particular brand names of adapters, you could check with your regional hardware shop or plumber to find out more.

POP-UP DRAINS

We also include in our inventory sink drains. The drains we have all pop-up drains or "clicker" drains. When you want to fill the sink with water just press the top of the drain gently to the bottom of the sink, it will fit securely to keep water in the sink. To release the water you press the top of the drain and it pops up revealing the drain hole and allowing the wastewater to flow down the drain pipe.

Pop-up drains are available in chrome, brushed nickel or oil rubbed bronze.  Some of the drains have a strainer on the top that filters the wastewater so clumps of hair or a  ring is prevented from going down the drain. Some sinks come with a drain and some do not. We offer sink drains for sale with or without a mounting ring.
