The center set tap with spout with the two handles is to be set up on a bathroom vanity counter-top that has 3 holes pre-cut on the countertop. The entire faucet unit is set on a decorative base. Each lever is connected to a supply water line from your home. The hot supply line left side & the cold water supply line on the right. Once either or both handles are "turned on" the water is released & the hot and or cold water moves right into the spout. Given that the tap device has two handles, this is classified as a 2 handed tap.
