When you buy our "Classic Collection" 3 Handle Tub and Showerhead Set you will get the bathtub water spigot, the showerhead, and the three handles. The 2 handles on the outside are the knobs for hot and cold water and the center knob is to divert the water to the showerhead.  Turning the right knob will turn the hot water on and off, the left knobs turn the cold water off and on. Set the temperature for the shower by turning on the water to the tub faucet first, adjust the hot and cold water and then turn the middle knob to divert the water to the showerhead.
