58 inch Roll Top Slipper Tub - ATRN58-WH Amelia
Availability: In stock
Slipper tubs are the most popular of all our tubs. We are super excited about the Amelia tub because it is a slipper tub with a continuous rolled rim. There is no break in the elegant curl around the rim of the tub. The tub has four very beautiful cast aluminum clawfeet. You get to choose the finish of the feet; polished brass, brushed nickel, oil rubbed bronze or polished chrome. The finish can match or complement the fixtures in the bathroom. Since there are no predrilled holes for a faucet, you will need to get freestanding water supply lines and faucet. We have many for you to choose from.

Your New Acrylic Tub Is Easy To Maintain:
The following are recommendations on how you must maintain your contemporary acrylic tub. Put in some hot water in to the tub and add some dish soap to the water, approx. 3 or 4 squeezes. Use a soft wash rag to scrub the tub down. Drain water and flush the entire tub to get rid of any and all residue from the soap.
Kaboom Foam-Tastic Bathroom Cleaner is one more product that really does a great work of cleaning. Moisten the tub and spray the Kaboom on it. The Kaboom is going to be purple when it hits the tub, however it is going to turn white to indicate that the cleaning is done and you can then scrub the tub with a soft cloth. Then as usual, rinse out well with water.
Most non-abrasive products are going to do the job well. Simply check the cleanser label to see if there is a reference opposing applying on acrylic.
The Tub Connection does not endorse any product and everyone needs to verify product appropriateness before using.
When your tub or shower drain is stopped up with tangled hair and debris right at the top of the drain it should be cleaned out. Use a pair of needle nosed pliers to get any kind of visible clogs and remove them out of the drain. Take as much of the debris that you have the ability to with the pliers. Run some water into the tub to see the rate at which it drains.
If extra attention is required you should pour a pot of boiling hot water down the drain. Dump in approximately 1/2 c. baking soda. After that, put around 1 c. vinegar as well as very quickly cover with a drain stopper (to maintain the reaction down listed below the drain pipe) if you have one and allow it sit for 5-10 minutes. Flush again with a pot of hot water. Clean with a washcloth to see the shiny finish.
