ACRYLIC TUBS

You can choose from deep soaker bathtubs!

When it comes to the classic style of acrylic and cast iron freestanding tubs, the slipper clawfoot bathtub style is the most popular style. There are 2 various designs of slipper tub for you to choose from. The single slipper and also the double slipper. The single slipper tub has one end of the bathtub raised with a sloped back. This enables one to relax as they wash and it takes any type of tension off of the back as well as neck (when as compared to other tubs which do not have an elevated end). A double slipper bathtub has both finishes of the tub increased. This enables sloping at either end of the tub and also these designs have the tendency to be roomier compared to the solitary slipper tubs. Slipper tubs will certainly vary in just how much the raised or sloped bathtub wall increases. Be sure to check out the inside floor so that you are aware of just how much room you have so you can stretch your body in the bathtub. Purchase a lovely bathtub & increase the worth of your house. Dual slipper tubs are easily the largest freestanding bathtub you will find. One of the wonderful things about this model is the head and neck support you receive with these bathtubs. These tubs require the faucet to be mounted at either side of the tub near the center. You may choose a style that allows for the faucet to be mounted on the rim of the tub or you may choose a freestanding faucet too. Acrylic and cast iron are the two most common materials used to fashion bathtubs. Dual slippers are also available in copper, and it these tubs are available in a pedestal bathtub design as well. The main difference is that the angle at which you recline on either end may be different than in a claw foot bathtub. Dual-ended tubs appear a lot like the rolled rim bathtubs in some ways. There are a few important differences, however. In a Dual-ended tub, the faucet is mounted on the rim of the tub in the center. Someone of the nicest features of these designs is that either end of the tub allow someone to recline while bathing. Additionally, Dual-ended types are often inches longer in length. This creates much more space for taking a bath.

Rolled-rim bathtubs are the original design of clawfoot tub you can discover. The design is simple, yet attractive at the same time. If the bathtub has two holes at one end, a faucet may be attached on it. It may be placed either on the rim of the bathtub or on the inside wall of cast iron bathtub versions. The other end of the bathtub is excellent for laying back to enjoy a pleasant soaking experience.

In addition to the appearance of the tub, one will equally want to take into consideration just what the tub is constructed from & the specifications.

So as to add to the finishing touch to the bathtub the feet may be painted. Painting the clawfeet with a color different from the tub can accentuate the fancy style of the clawfeet.
