Customization Of A Tub
1) As soon as possible after the bathtub is purchased, the Buyer will need to submit an email to our customer services to provide the paint code to get the preferred custom paint-color. We prefer you use Sherwin Williams color formula cards because it will accelerate the entire process. The solid color of hand-painted tubs will ship out 3-4 full weeks after the paint arrives from the vendor laboratory. (It takes about one week to receive the color after our staff orders it).
2) Personalized hand-painted bathtubs (Copper Bronze, Scorched Platinum, or other) can take up to 4 to 6 weeks to ship when a request is made. Processing shall begin when an email is received from the purchaser so as to provide paint color info; that is given when the order was placed.
3) Expedited Processing is available when it is necessary for a Fee of $150.00. Expedited Processing Fees have nothing to do with ordering the supplies for the bathtub nor the shipping and/or delivery time. Expedited Processing is a method to decrease the turnaround time by approximately 1/2. However, because of the "hands-on" design of the customized finishes on the bathtubs, we will not guarantee the exact date & time.
